Every year Canstar produces their Star Ratings Report for the Life insurance industry. It is a mammoth research project comparing the policies offered by 13 insurance companies for term life, trauma, TPD and income protection cover.
The results for 2015 have TAL and Zurich taking the top honours for providing Outstanding Value overall across all the product categories compared. For TAL this is the third year in a row that they have been an overall winner and for Zurich this is their second year. The methodology used by Canstar means that the winners need to maintain price competitiveness and rank highly for features and benefits.
